I have had the pleasure and privilege of providing psychotherapy since 1985 and mindfulness-based classes and workshops since 2006. My experience working with individuals, couples and families, as well as being a mindfulness instructor, confirms my belief in people’s capacity to change, connect, heal, and more gracefully accept life on its terms.


Therapy is a collaborative, compassionate, and respectful process. With an approach that acknowledges your strengths and resources, first we will talk about your concerns and then determine changes you would like to make.
